Gardens in the Open-air Museum

The knowledge surrounding farm gardens as well as the flower and kitchen gardens has been becoming lost due to the changes being made to the agricultural structures for quite some time now. At the Cloppenburg open-air museum, visitors will be introduced to, and experience, the regional gardening culture, its beneficial forms, historically useful and ornamental plants and the daily routine of gardening associated with these topics at different periods in time.
